Uriel’s ultimate goal is to make your online shopping experience a happy one. We
understand that returns are possible, that is why we are happy to accept your return
for store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Should you have a return,
our team are here to walk you through the process to make it easy.
1. You have 15 days of original shipment date to be eligible for store credit.
If you received your item and it is the incorrect size, or damaged, you have 8 hours
to contact our customer service department to file a claim.
2. Returns received after 15 days will not be eligible for store credit and will be
