We understand that returns are possible, that is why we are happy to accept your return for store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Should you have a return, our team are here to walk you through the process to make it easy.
1. You have 14 days of original shipment date to be eligible for store credit.
2. Returns received after 14 days from the date you received your package will not be eligible for store credit and will be refused or returned at client’s expense
3. ALL items, if eligible for return Must Not be worn, washed or damaged, it must be returned in its original form so it can be re-sold.
4. If you return an item and it appears to be worn, washed, damaged or other, you will NOT receive credit for your purchase.
5. There are NO returns or exchange on sale items, body suits, jumpsuits or swimsuit. Those items are final sale.
6. Please note, Uriel’s does not offer refunds, if you return an item due to incorrect order or damaged upon arrival, please email us within 8 hours and we will get back to you providing you have shown us proof of your order.

7. A tracking number is necessary for every return, Failure to do so may result in Uriel’s not being able to adjust/process your return.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
1. Once you place an order, it is processed and shipped within 1-2 business days
2. We operate with USPS Priority Mail. All items are shipped the same day, or the following business day depending on the day of the week. please note; we do NOT ship on Sundays, if you place an order Saturday night, the items will be shipped the next business day (US & Canada)
3. ALL international shipping is processed and shipped via DHL. Once you place your order with us, package is sent in the order in which it was received.
